r-chip Production

• r-chip production is a process that transforms PET FLAKE
into an eco-friendly high quality material through extrusion process.
• To produce long fiber, we melt the PET FLAKE, put it through the Filter,
and turn it into an r-chip with foreign bodies removed,
to deliver it to the fiber producing business.
• For B to B(Bottle to Bottle), that is, to produce plastic bottles
from renewable raw materials, we have added the polymerization
process to the production stage to raise the dropped IV value.
